Stadium Tech Report - Website Launch and Rebrand Campaign

As the Marketing Project Coordinator at Ampthink, I developed a roadmap for the web development team during re-launch, managed all social media channels and campaigns associated with STR, produced tie-in content such as podcasts and feature articles, and administered the Wordpress site and publishing schedule for the first 6 months of operation.

Acquisition and Rebranding Objectives:

Our primary objective was to establish Ampthink as a leading authority in the Wireless Infrastructure space by acquiring and re-launching Stadium Tech Report. We aimed to leverage the publication's established reputation and readership to solidify our position as a trusted source of industry insights.

We wanted to revamp Stadium Tech Report's visual identity and website to be more modern and user friendly, reflecting the design and technical resources we had available at Ampthink. This involved a comprehensive redesign, including new branding elements, updated content structure, and enhanced functionality.  We also wanted to grow STR reach on several social media channels which were not previously used, and increase the publishing cadence and variety of content.

Strategy and Execution:

Working closely with the managing editor, we outlined the rebranding strategy and developed a timeline for the website redesign, content creation, and social media campaign. Clear communication and regular coordination were key to ensuring a smooth transition.

Our design team worked diligently to create a new visual identity for Stadium Tech Report that reflected Ampthink's brand values and positioned the publication as a modern and authoritative resource. The website underwent a comprehensive redesign to improve navigation, readability, and overall user experience.

We collaborated with the managing editor to curate high-quality content that covered the latest trends, news, and insights in the Wireless Infrastructure space. We ensured that the content was well-researched, informative, and aligned with the interests of our target audience.

To generate buzz around the re-launch, we crafted a comprehensive social media campaign that encompassed platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. We developed a content calendar, created engaging posts, and utilized targeted advertising to reach industry professionals and decision-makers.

We identified key influencers and industry experts in the Wireless Infrastructure space and leveraged their expertise to amplify the re-launch. This included inviting guest contributors, conducting interviews, and cross-promoting their content to expand the publication's reach.
